Warranty & Returns

To Obtain Warranty Service

 

  1. First, please review the above support procedures.      
        
  2. Contact our support team (see the form on the right), to discuss your issue.
     
  3. After determining there has been a manufacturer defect with the unit, we will send you instructions on returning the part for a repair or replacement.  Typically the owner is responsible for return shipping costs.  You will be mailing your unit to:
