I suspect that you have different settings on the Windows machine than on the 740 such that some of the targets are filtered out.  None of the targets your arrows point at are very close to you.

Look at both devices under Map Mode > Traffic (gear icon) > Distance Visibility (and Vertical Clearance Visibilty)

I bet both of those settings are "Unlimited" for your 740, but something more constrained for the Windows device.

BTW, that's my backyard!  Just fueled up in Liberty last weekend.  Some of the best prices around...

Brilliant!  It never occurred to me that my "Traffic" box would not be ticked.  (I guess, when I set it up initially, I didn't think I'd ever need ADS-B on my Windows instance!  Shows how wrong one can be!)

Thanks for the suggestion... that was it!

Walter:

When I try the method you suggest on my Note 9 phone I hit MENU and it does not give the START SIMULATION option unless I hit MENU>ABOUT then I get the option. However, with this method when I hit  REPLAY ADSB RECORDING nothing happens. It doesn't allow me to choose which flight.

If I use the method I explaned to Robert it works well.
