On the Android version, the heavy track line comes back as soon as you lift your finger off the tablet. Is this what it's supposed to do?

To clarify - You have to pan (just a little does the trick) right after you first touch the screen. If you don't pan, the 'possible Actions' dialog box pop up, covering more map information. - Jim Williams

Maybe just having the option of the current line or a thin line in the setup would work. Continuing to touch the screen to read the details on an approach is distracting. The wide line is fine for the cross country part, the approach plate would be better with just a narrow line.

I agree with Ray. Or, have the line toggle from thick to thin and thin to thick each time you tap the screen.
