Can you just re-download and re-install iFly--either the same version or an earlier one? When I've done that, all of my settings remained intact.

Yes, I did what the gents suggested above and my problem is now gone.

Thanks for the advice everyone.

I find that with the iFly, just about every single issue is managable through this site.

Thanks very much. I have never bought ANY product where I can contact the leadership directly - ANY product except this one.
