Greetings,

Been a long-time iFly app user for 5+ years...

Lately, the App is failing to load...I keep getting a notice saying "iFly GPS keeps stopping."

I don't think it is the tablet as everything else works ok.

Since the new year, 2020, the App is not working for me like it has been for years...something in an update?  Not sure what I should do at this point.

The last time this happened (just as I was about to fly, of course), I had to delete the app and start all over again, but then this means I have to re-do the layout, etc.  I am not inclined to do that every time I want to use the app...any suggestions appreciated.

Can you just re-download and re-install iFly--either the same version or an earlier one? When I've done that, all of my settings remained intact.

Indeed, I just did that and now it is working again. Hooray!

Went to the "playstore" and did an "update" and things are back to "normal" now, I think.

I am going to continue to ops check it every few days until I have full faith and confidence there is not some bug affecting my primary EFB. Since I go into DC (SFRA and FRZ) a good EFB like iFly is a go/no go item for me.  Thanks Don.

There was a problem a with some of the early v11 builds that would cause the app to stop working after two weeks.  That's been fixed; if you have the latest version now, you'll be fine.

I think that is exactly what happened.  I did install the latest update and things are working well now, thank you.
