ZULU Time selection as opposed to LOCAL

We have the availability of a local time clock as one of the screen instruments. I can always check my watch for that, but since aviation reports are based on ZULU time, how about having ZULU TIME as an instrument available?

When selecting a "Clock" instrument you can just have the user select LOCAL or ZULU.
