Changing the updater on iFly units is something we've talked about, but nothing active enough to have a timeline. The best note I have right now is to echo Cobra's on making sure you hit "Save Selections" so you don't have to repeat the process every update.

I use the "specific select" only when time is at a premium. With the size of the current SD cards data storage is no longer a factor. Set it to download them all and come back half hour later.
