Hi Walter -

Another question.  What's the significance of the course line being bule inside the compass rose that surrounds the aircraft? Couldn't find this in the pilot's guide.

Also, is there a "simulator mode" that lets you plan and "fly" a flight on the ground to see how many of the features work?

Thanks,

Mark

When you say "until you hit Track Aircraft again"  do you mean to push the "Track Up" button all the way on the bottom right?

The "Track Aircraft" button is located just above the Menu button.  It looks like a target with green dot in the middle, and it will appear when you pan the map.  Touching this will recenter the map back to the aircraft, and resume operating as a moving-map.

The course line represents the course you need to follow to reach your next waypoint.  It's just another navigation aid.

Touch Menu -> About -> Start Simulation Mode to enable the simulator.  A control will appear allowing you to adjust speed/turn/climb, so you can pretend to be flying around.

Hi Walter,

Thanks - again!  Got it.  The course line wasn't actually blue but the "trajectory" line was superimposed on it.

And thanks for reminding me me anout the simulator.  That's a huge help.

Mike
