ADSB tower inactive

is there a way to disable this message ? when you fly near large mountains this pops up all the time. it requires an ACKNOWLEDGE to make it go away. likely some lawyer in TX came up with that idea.

and, while i'm at it, why not move the "acknowledge" button away from the lower right corner so if i miss the button the map doesn't change size or oreientation flip.
