This is a Feature request.  We currently do not know the best way on how to find which airport is on which page, and are looking into the best way to associate each airport with a specific page.

If nothing else, maybe we can index the minimums by "first letter" - so that it takes you to the page which marks the first letter of the airport you clicked.   That'll be less work to maintain ongoing, but with 90% of the benefit.   For most airports it'll take you to the correct page; for others, you might have to press "Next" once or twice.

Thanks for the log.  The issue here is an out-of-memory error when trying to load the plate page graphic.  However, this is odd, because we recycle the memory for this; maybe our cache is too big for your device, or there might be an issue with recycling.   My old Nexus(2012) works great without issue.

I have just now inserted code now which may recover from this issue, for version 11.

Keep in mind that airports in the Minimums section are ordeded by City name. So for example ...

  • New Century (IXD)
  • Johnson County Exec (OJC)

... are both listed under Olathe, Kansas.

So opening the minimums "first letter" of the town name would be a good start, as long as the user is in a Low Enroute chart and zoomed in so that the Airport Name and City are both shown, or be in QV, Airport Info to find the town.

Indexing by airport ID, should not be so tricky either.  When I download the FAA approach book, the minimums pages are searchable in a PDF.  A text search for airport ID first finds the Minimums page index giving the page numbers for each airport.  A subsequent search for airport ID lands squarely on the first page of minimums for that airport.  This should allow automating an index on the Adventure Pilot server that would cause iFly to fetch the exact set of pages for any given airport, eliminating undo paging.
