You are not able to see the satellites coverage by clicking on the instrument "GPS status" or by going to Menu>About>connected devices, the IFLY software do not know that my VK172 is my GPS or "see the sky", by tapping the GPS instrument on my windows 10 laptop, Why?

Is there a way to to have that information show up on at least one way, as of now I have no way to see the coverage, that I know of.

Thanks

Ciao

You won't see it on connected devices because that is wireless devices.

With a Windows 10 computer and using a USB connected GPS, you are going to need to download and install a driver program. As I have posted here before, I use GPScomplete. First, I plug in the USB GPS. Next I start GPScomplete. Finally, I start iFly GPS. You may have to go outside for your GPS to receive the satellites. Once it is receiving the satellites, you should see 3 or 4 bars on the iFly GPS status instrument. It will also say WAAS if your GPS is capable or your are receiving the complete WAAS signal.

Tim, I do this, but my question was beside the GPS "bars" i cannot do the IFly 740, Click on "GPS Status" and there pop the Sky coverage IE..  14 satelittes in a "target" like representation of the Sky showing the Sat-dots and their quadrants, if the driver work, then why IFly do not awake the "GPS Status" instrument, wich it does on the 740.

Sorry, I don't have an iFly device, so I can't answer that.
