I had unintentionally let my multi platform subscription expire by two days. This caused the Win 10 version 11.0.62 to stop working. It booted up saying it was allowing a 10 minute review of the version.

After renewing the subscription 11.0.62 would not even boot up. To make a long story short, I uninstalled 11.0.62, rebooted computer, it still would not even boot up.

I uninstalled, rebooted, installed 11.0.46B. Same thing, still would not boot up.

I uninstalled, rebooted installed 10.3.52 which works. Installed 11.0.62 over version 10, it would not boot up. Uninstalled 11.0.62, reinstalled 10.3.52 which is still working.

 

 

I called tech support but no one answered, I left a voice mail.

Well Duh!!

I just looked and see that there is a newer version 11.0.64. I installed it over 11.0.62 and it is working.

Yes, it sounds like you ran into a coincidence.  V.11 versions prior to .63 had a build issue that caused them to stop working after a period of time; .63 and later versions resolved that issue.
