Hi,

I have a question on the quickest, i.e. least number of taps on screen, or using buttons on remote control for a number of features. Below are my scenarios and for all scenarios, I want to use remote only. If I can't do the scenario with the remote, please let me know the 'using' the screen method. Also, if you can post the 'taps' for the non remote control that would be useful. For the IFR related questions, I know the gps is not my primary means of nav, i.e. I use VORs etc.

A) I'm in a ton of turbulence (or some other condition) and want to find the nearest airport to land

B) I'm flying IFR and want to pull up the destination plate

C) I have the IFR plate up for review and want to go back to the low route chart

D) I'm flying IFR and I accidently pulled up the wrong plate, and need to switch plates

E) I'm flying IFR, I have gone missed on an LDA approach plate and want to switch to the VOR plate on another runway

F) While enroute, the FSS notifies me that the destination airport is closed and I want to (a) go an airport near the destination (b) or go to different area.

G) I want to use History.

That is all I can think of for now, but if you have any others that would be great. I just want to be able to navigate as quickly as possible.
