This took me a couple of hours and several attempts to get it right. After creating your up grades plug in your zip stick. press the save button, my computer tries to go direct to my saved files. click on computer( on right side of page) scroll down to the "F" file ( that is the zip) click open twice. It then transfers the files to the zip and they upload fine into the unit.
Maybe someone can put this into a clearer explanation, but at least I figured it out.
