If you have ADSB In and out and are using an iFly 740 for monitoring  updates on Wx and Traffic, Do the TFR updates get  transmitted thru "that" signal or do you still depend on the IFly update  "checked box"  for Weather ,TFR and  Fuel Prices to update that for you.  ??  and If you update during a current  local TFR will that remain there on the screen until  you update  via  the iFly  checked box  Wx, TFR and fuel Prices. ?  I know thats not the case for weather.

Yes, the TFR updates get transmitted thorugh the ADS-B network on the 978 band. TFR's should show on the map even if you don't have METAR/TAF checked. The TFR will disappear on it's own after it has expried.

Thanks Brian for the  response. Thats what I thought, that is the TFR should update  via the  ground based ATC  signal  thru my ADSB in , that updates Wx and traffic . I  was  watching for a known  and published TFR over  a local  airpirt  about 3 weeks ago and  knew there was a 5 mile radius for the BlueAngles  airshow there  including  a Thursday and Friday practice TFR.  Actually was flying  on the Friday , confirmed that Wx and traffic was  receiving and updating  but no red circle around that airport.  Being curious  checked on it the next day and found  same( no TFR indicated).  Is there a feature  in the user  interface that may cause that  important  airspace to be turned off or not  available?  Also checked under the AirSpace  button  for that KRMG and found nothing.  Both times we were in flight , receiving  ADSB IN  and  confirmed wx and traffic was current???

Always call just before each flight to check TFR's. Don't trust any computer based system to be 100 percent accurate.
