9-16-10, Possible return unit problem.. I am trying to track this returned unit SN MBO30114, that is having an update problem. I sent it to your PO Box 1924; Allen TX, 75013, on 9-11-10, via Priority Mail. Per USPS tracking, it is at this PO Box since 9-13-'10 waiting for PU, pls confirm that you have received it. I have sent you some an email's with the post office tracking notice today. The problem may be: per the notice it is at a different zip @75002, Allen TX, waiting for your pu. As I understand it, a certain PO Box is always related to a certain zip code, if a wrong zip code, possible wrong po box. I got your return address from the shipping document. dp
