The Ifly 740 works fine separtely but when I connect to the auto pilot, it works intermittently. I had this problem last year, replaced the cable and it worked fine till now. I giggled the cable going intom the Ifly and the connection was back on. Then I giggled the cable again and it lost contact. I don't believe this cable is also bad like the first one. Have you had problems in the past with this connectoin?

If fiddling with the cable can make the problem appear and disappear, it seems clear that the problem is either with the cable or (more likely) with the cable connections.

so, It probably is the connections inside the unit?

Could be.  Could also be the cable connectors or the cable itself.  Try a third cable.

I had this issue early on. 2 from iFly 1 from Walmart. This one fixed it. Not sure how the QA works on these, but this one is a lot shorter so I didn't have to coil all that cable behind the panel. YMMV. Bob
