I downloaded and installed the Windows (beta) version and when I start it it says "Existing Trial Subscription Found" and warns me I have X days left of a 30 day trial. So I log in using the same account name and password I use when using the product on my iPad. The program seems to accept it, and seems to see that the Windows device is registered to me. But it claims that I must purchase 'Multi-Platform Add-On' to enable subscription for the windows device. However, I already purchased that add-on. (At the moment only one iPad and Windows device are listed as registered devices, though I had another iPad previously registered.)

After probably 10 minutes an alert box pops up titled "No Subscription - Shutting Down" that explains "You subscription has expired. You were granted 10-minutes of free use of iFly, and now it will shut down." Which it does after clicking on "OK".

So it doesn't seem to want to really accept my login nor the add-on it said I needed to purchase nor allow me to use the product for more than 10 minutes. Other than that it seem to work OK. Since no one else seems to have reported these problems, the obvious question is: what the heck did I do wrong and how do I correct it?

You didn’t do anything wrong. The system just recognizes you’ve used IFlyGPS before and are not brand new. One thing you could have done is to not enter your current subscribed user credentials. I’m not sure it’s correctable at this point from your end, but my experience with this kind of stuff is, if you don’t get a staff response here in the forum, email IFlyGPS Support. I’m certain they will take care of you quickly.
