I mounted a portion of a ram mount to my panel to which the iFly will click into.  The problem is their design has the antenna plug coming straight out of the back, so a large slot needs to be cut into the panel.  The unit covers the slot but their design is not elegant at all.  I also had to find right angled plugs for the power and adsb-in cables.

Thanks!

Not Kevin, nor is it a RAM mount, but this may be of interest:  http://www.airgizmos.com/iFly-700-Series-Panel-Dock_p_50.html

Some of the reviews of the AirGizmo said that the 740b is slightly different from the 740 (rounded edges vs. squared-off edges) and so it doesn't work very well with the AirGizmo panel mount.  Regardless, my panel doesn't have room where I would want it, so a RAM mount might be a better solution (for me).  Thanks!

Here’s my solution to the panel mount. I machined it from black Delrin for a flush mount fit.

Sorry, can’t get photos to upload   I’ll try again later.
