Reporting a possible significantbug in Version 8 software release 8.2.34
(NOTE: I have also reported this via direct email to support, and not that version 8.2.43 is now out.)
Installed ver 8 on my 720 for the first time on, I believe, July 20.
Flew with it today. Liked it. That is until on return flight one core feature failed.
The instrument that dynamically displays turn needed to get on correct heading (left 12 degrees, etc) went blank. Just dashed line.
Obviously had good satellites as moving map continued to show location, heading, groundspeed, correctly.
Less important....... maybe not a bug:
I noticed when zoomed in close screen image seemed markedly more fuzzy than with version 7.xx .
Just installed software version 8.2.43.
Hope that corrects the turn prompter bug.

P.S., I have two SD-cards. One I have not updated from 7 to 8.
Probably will keep ver 7 card at that version until more confident no serious bugs left in ver 8.
